Ultrasensitive ATP swaps from HyServe

The handy Lumitester Smart device and the LuciPac A3 Surface stand for the rapid detection of microbiological residues. They are suitable for hygiene monitoring and can test, measure and monitor surfaces in accordance with the HACCP concept. The rapid tests are ultra-sensitive and are the only system to detect ATP+AMP+ADP.

Together with the Lumitester Smart, you can check the cleanliness of water with the LuciPac A3 Water, an innovative ATP test. The patented A3 technology tests samples for ATP+ADP+AMP and is therefore far superior to conventional ATP tests.

The quantitative and qualitative test method identifies pathogenic bacteria, which can be an indication of inadequate water treatment or inadequate microbiological control of cooling circuits or other industrial processes.

Easy Plates

Easy Plate EC is a microbiological plate method consisting of a waterproof paper with a prefabricated dry medium and a transparent cover over the medium. The Easy Plate EC method is intended for the determination of the content of Escherichia coli and coliform bacteria in selected foods.

The plates are compact, easy to use and reduce the total amount of waste generated when using the test. The Easy Plate EC method has been recognized by the AOAC Research Institute as 'Performance Tested Methods SM (031601)' for raw beef, raw pork, raw frozen pork, raw lamb, raw salmon, frankfurters and cooked ham.

No additional aids are required to prepare the plates for incubation. This is thanks to the hydrophobic ring around the culture surface, which helps to automatically distribute the sample on the culture surface.

  • Easy handling, reliable results
  • AOAC PTM-certified
  • High specificity
  • Ready for immediate use, add sample suspension to the plate and incubate
  • Very little space required for incubation and little waste

Allergen Lateral Flow Rapid Test EASY

This test method is a qualitative detection method with high sensitivity and efficiency, based on the lateral flow method. In this method, the sample is applied to a test strip, which is equipped with allergen-specific antibodies in the form of a strip.

If corresponding allergens are present in the sample, they bind to the specific antibody and a coloration of the strip can be observed. Lateral flow tests are often used for quality assurance from the starting product to the finished food product due to their ease of use.

Morinaga Allergen Lateral Flow Rapid Tests are essential as hygiene tests for the detection of allergen residues and are of great importance in the context of comprehensive allergen management.

Allergene Lateral Flow Rapid Test Pro

This type of test provides rapid results and can also be carried out by untrained personnel. The test strips are easy to use and provide evidence of allergen traces on surfaces.

The allergen tests can also be used for the detection of allergen traces in food if a qualitative yes/no statement is sufficient for the presence of allergens.

HyServe's Morinaga Lateral Flow Rapid Tests are ready-to-use and help food manufacturers to ensure the safety and compliance of their products. By detecting contamination at an early stage, unnecessary and costly recalls can be avoided, which are often associated with high financial losses and reputational damage.

Morinaga allergen management

The Morinaga Allergen Test ELISA II impresses with its robust and efficient protein extraction from complex, highly heated and processed foods as well as its excellent specificity.

Allergen management is a major challenge within the food production chain as well as in the retail and catering sectors. The Food Information Regulation (FIR) contains laws that must be complied with in the context of allergen analysis. Allergen labeling must be carried out correctly on the basis of these in order to ultimately protect consumers from dangerous allergic reactions.

According to EU Regulation 1169/2011, the allergenic protein does not have to be labeled on food, only the food ingredient. The catering industry must also declare ingredients that can trigger food allergies or intolerances.

HyServe has many years of experience in the field of allergen analysis and offers you the latest scientific methods to obtain precise, high-quality analytical data.

Water analysis with EC Blue

With the HyServe EC Blue water test, a medium can be tested simultaneously for coliforms and E. coli bacteria using the chromogenic enzyme substrate method (X-GAL-MUG method). The test for water quality testing is simple, fast and safe. It shows in a blue / blue-green dye whether coliform bacteria are present in the sample.

While conventional cultivation methods require approx. 3 days for the detection of coliforms or E. coli bacteria, the EC Blue provides a reliable test result after just 24 hours. The detection by the color reaction is reliable and easy to interpret. Suspended matter, cloudy or yellowish and chlorinated water samples do not usually interfere with the detection.

  • Efficient test method with the X-GAL-MUG method
  • Test result within 24 hours
  • Easy and safe to use
  • Clear test results by means of color reaction
  • Prefilled plastic bottle or blister pack
  • Shelf life up to two years at room temperature and protected from light
