LuciPac Pen allows rapid detection of organic material (food residues & microorganisms) on product contact surfaces. It is used as a monitoring tool for the effectiveness of implemented cleaning and disinfection processes.
Lucipac Pen along with Lumitester Smart allows quantitative detection of the intra- and extracellular Adenosine Triphosphates (ATP) as well as Adenosine Monophosphate (AMP). Improper cleaning leaves behind organic residues which contain detectable ATP & AMP. Thereby indicating the cleanliness levels of surfaces instantaneously.
This kit is intended to be used to quantify total amounts of organic residues and does not aim to test or identify specific types of pathogenic bacteria.

Ziehen Sie das Swab aus dem Gehäuse und befeuchten Sie es mit Leitungswasser, wenn das Testobjekt trocken ist. (Wenn das Leitungswasser einen hohen Lumineszenzwert aufweist, empfehlen wir, das Wasser einige Minuten laufen zu lassen oder den Wasserhahn zu reinigen).
Streichen Sie das Testobjekt mit dem Swab ab (10x10 cm).
Stecken Sie den Swab wieder in das Röhrchen, und schieben Sie die Spitze komplett durch.
Schütteln Sie den gesamten Lucipac Pen mehrmals hin und her, damit sich die Flüssigkeit komplett unten sammelt. Dadurch kann sich auch das Lumineszenzreagenz vollständig auflösen.
Führen Sie den gesamten LuciPac Pen in die Messkammer des Lumitester Smart ein und schließen Sie den Kammerdeckel.
Drücken Sie die Taste 'ENTER'. Die Ergebnisse werden innerhalb von 10 Sekunden angezeigt.
