Easy Plate LS is a microbiological culture device consisting of a waterproof sheet, a ready-to-use dry medium, and a transparent cover layer. The method is designed for the detection and enumeration of Listeria spp. in food products, providing an efficient alternative to conventional microbiological methods. During plate preparation, no additional tools are required thanks to the hydrophobic ring around the culture area, which enables automatic and uniform diffusion of the sample.
