A3 filter Assay- 20 Tests

It is possible to estimate the number of microorganisms present.

1. Collection

1.1 Remove the piston

1.2 Place the filter in the syringe

1.3 Pour the water sample into the syringe and filter

2. Extraction

2.1 Add the extraction reagent in the cup

2.2 Backwash extraction agent to release bacterial A3 ( ATP+ADP+AMP) 

3. Measure

3.1 Dip an A3 Surface LuciPac Swab into the extracted sample and let it soak.

3.2 Use the LuciPac A3 Surface as Recomended

3.3 Measure the RLU (Relative Units of Light) in the Lumitester Smart
