EASY Morinaga Allergen Kit – Quick, user-friendly, and reliable allergen detection for everyday needs.

Rapid Test Easy for Sesame is a qualitative test kit using a lateral flow device.

It is designed for the quick detection of sesame protein from allergenic ingredients on environmental surfaces (swab test) .

The test procedure is very simple and is performed in only 1 step.

The kit comes with a swab kit and does not require any additional consumables for testing.

1 x Box with 10 tests

Measurement time: 10 minutes test time, no sample preparation time required

Storage: 2-30˚C, DO NOT freeze

For Swab Test Samples
Open a screw cap of Swab kit and squeeze the swab bud to remove excess moisture.
Thoroughly wipe-off the specified surface area with the swab.
Place the swab into the bottle, cap tightly and shake it vigorously. The resulting solution is referred to as Test Solution.
Place a Test stick horizontally. Flip open the lid, invert and add 200μL (4 drops) of Test Solution to the sample application slot by squeezing.
NOTE: Determine the appropriate amount of PBS before testing. Commercially available swab test kits containing PBS are acceptable. Make sure to examine the kit containing such as peptone in advance.
For Rinse Water Wamples
Collect water and referred to as Test Solution.
Place a Test stick horizontally and add 200 μL of Test Solution to the sample application slot.
Analysis
Incubate 10 minutes at room temperature.
Interpret the results from the test window.
Results: A) Positive: A red-purple line in a test window together with red color in a confirmation window. B) Negative: No line in a test window together with a red color in a confirmation window. C) Invalid: No color in a confirmation window.
NOTE: If no color in a confirmation window, retest with a new stick. Negative results will occur if Test Solution contains target protein less than detectable levels. False-negative results may occur if Test Solution contains target protein at relatively high concentrations, in that case, retest with a diluted Test Solution.
