The LuciPac A3 Surface Kit, in combination with HyServe's Lumitester Smart, detects all organic residues and microorganisms on surfaces and determines the degree of cleanliness. The system thus enables hygiene monitoring in seconds, immediately after cleaning and disinfection steps.

A3 technology detects not only ATP (adenosine triphosphate), but also the lower-energy molecules ADP (adenosine diphosphate) and AMP (adenosine monophosphate). This represents a technological advance over conventional ATP tests, as it significantly increases sensitivity. This is particularly important for heated and processed foods, as ATP is broken down into ADP and AMP during these processes and is therefore no longer detectable with conventional ATP tests.
